Cancellation and refund policy

Before purchasing, check the company, plan scope and duration you have selected. Statutory rights of withdrawal, rights regarding defective services and refund rights are reserved. This policy does not prevent you from seeking remedies if the service is not provided, is provided incompletely or incorrectly, or if you are charged twice.

Right of withdrawal

In consumer transactions, except for statutory exceptions, there is a right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date the service contract is concluded. A service being digital does not by itself remove this right.

For services performed instantly online, or services whose performance started with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expired, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the conditions of the relevant statutory exception are met. Without the required consent for early performance, merely having paid or having the plan activated does not count as grounds for this exception.

Requests and refunds

You can send your cancellation, withdrawal or payment issue request, together with your order reference and company name, to [email protected]. Refunds under the statutory right of withdrawal are made within 14 days of receiving the notice, using a method suitable for the original means of payment and at no cost to the consumer. For other statutory refund requests, the relevant legislation applies.
