Delivery method
Promotion and visibility plans are applied to the company profile selected in the order. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping or freight fees are charged.
Activation and service period
The plan is activated digitally once the payment is verified and the order is matched with the relevant company profile. The service period starts on activation and lasts for the purchased plan duration. Returning to the site from the payment screen does not by itself mean activation is complete; you can track the order status from your dashboard.
Delivery issues
If your payment went through but your plan has not been activated, write to [email protected] with your order reference and company name. Never send your card number, security code or account password by email.
